The 345m² Pool House was designed by Yoke Architects as a standalone structure that blends with the existing buildings and landscape. It houses a private indoor pool, gym, sauna, and changing facilities.

On the north-facing side, where the pool is located, Thermosash installed a thermally insulated Panorama Design sliding system. This maximizes transparency and natural light while seamlessly connecting the interior to the outdoors. The large Schüco ASE 67 sliding system features eight sliding panels measuring 3,265mm H x 2,350mm W with 46mm triple glazing and a weight of 490kg each.
