The Schüco ASS 77 PD.HI sliding system features floor-to-ceiling glazing and slim profiles, creating a well-insulated living space with seamless views. The thermally broken design boasts expansive sliding doors measuring 3.5m x 2.6m and weighing over 500kg. To accommodate the large glazing solutions, Schüco’s TipTronic automation has been integrated, with mechatronic fittings concealed within the subframe, enabling effortless operation via the building’s main control panel.

Superior Insulated Performance

By combining Schüco’s AWS/ADS 75.SI+, ASS 77 PD.HI, and ASS 50 systems, the project achieves an average insulation value of R0.66 —exceeding Queenstown's code requirements of R0.50. This high level of thermal efficiency is an impressive achievement given the extensive glazing across both levels of the home.
